"Sports in Indonesia are still very low, so many illnesses that should not have even come up because of weak immune system the people of Indonesia," said Subagyo to Liputan6.com when contacted by phone in Jakarta, Friday (23/3).
He explained that when a person's condition declines, the virus or bacteria that usually are harmless can turn into a problem. So the key is in the immune system itself.
"Therefore I encourage all to exercise. In bad weather once did, the condition remains in good health," said a member of the House of Representatives Commission IX in charge of health issues.
